A gabled home under the palms — one glazed pitch, a floating canopy and bougainvillea spilling over the gate.

Every material was chosen to age well in the local climate — solid timber, honed stone and natural plaster over anything that merely looks the part. Joinery was built in our own workshop and dry-fitted before delivery, so the finished rooms read as one continuous gesture.
