Turn-key: one team for the whole home
From the first sketch to the day we hand you the keys, one team holds the thread — architecture, interiors, workshop and build. Nothing outsourced, nothing patched on.

What "turn-key" means here
You work with a single point of responsibility for both design and construction. Architects, interior designers and the build team are under one roof — so there’s no gap between a beautiful drawing and the real thing.
Four steps
We listen to how you live; design with full drawings, 3D and a material board; build in parallel with our workshop; then style and hand over a home that’s ready to move into.
Schedule, legal & financial commitment
A clear scope contract, staged payments, transparent timeline and warranty. You always know where you are in the process, and cost is controlled from the start.
What’s included
Architecture and interior design, permits and technical drawings, bespoke furniture, procurement, site supervision and finishing — down to the lighting, drapery and accessories.

Frequently asked
How long does a turn-key project take?
A complete villa is usually 9–18 months depending on scale and permits; apartments are typically 4–8 months. We set a detailed schedule up front.
How does payment work?
Staged against completion milestones — never the whole sum up front. Each milestone is signed off before the next begins.
Can I take design only?
Yes. Turn-key is an option, not a requirement — many clients start with design and extend to build once trust is established.
